The Closing Ceremony will enable the UNWGIC Bureau to summarize the key messages from the Plenary, Parallel and Special Sessions of the Congress. Invited dignitaries will then share their observations and perspectives of the Congress, and what has been learned. Prior to the closing remarks, the Moganshan Declaration will be issued on behalf of all participants.
