Abu Dhabi is the capital and the second most populous city in the United Arab Emirates (the most populous being Dubai), and also capital of Abu Dhabi emirate, the largest of the UAE's seven member emirates. The Abu Dhabi Spatial Data Infrastructure (AD-SDI) is a programme of the Government of Abu Dhabi, administered within the Abu Dhabi Systems and Information Centre (ADSIC) e-government programme to facilitate the sharing of geospatial data among government agencies and other stakeholders.
